Token (treasury/vesting, multisig + timelocks), testnet on Polygon, presale smart contract.
Presale launch: whitelist, caps, vesting, claim UI. Targets: verified + (pre)audited token, presale sold, ops live.
Phase 2 โ dApp Beta + First NFTs (๐งช)
Shimmer dApp (beta): Wallet connect, Inventory, Card Viewer, Team Builder (11v11/7v7), Synergy/Type preview.
Mint the first collection (IPFS + pinning). Users: view cards, build lineups, get ready for competitions.
Phase 3 โ Launch & Play (๐)
DEX listing (e.g., QuickSwap: SHIBALL/USDT) + initial liquidity.
Matches in the dApp: leagues, U-21 / Veterans / Type-Only tournaments, wagering with $SHIBALL, automated payouts.
Game Math + VRF/commitโreveal in production; telemetry & anti-bot. Targets: stable matches, healthy liquidity, balanced win-rates.
